Why do some services include a set up fee?
Not all services include a set up fee. Sometimes it’s necessary because of the additional research and hours required to deliver the very best service we can in order to meet your needs.
Do you offer templates for your web design?
Yes, we can use traditional wordpress themes if you have one that you wish to specify. Normally we use a leading tool to build your site with exciting and eye catching elements that fit your purpose.
What if I require more than one service or something not listed
We’re happy to provide additional services . Our philosophy is to help your business grow in a strategic and effective way that meets your needs

We can incorporate Woo Commerce into your website
Can I make changes to my website or chatbot?
Yes, we can make one off changes to your website, chatbots or even help with an additional YouTube video or Ad campaign. We also offer monthly maintenance programs to help ensure things run smoother and you get a better level of assistance
I don't want to appear on my YouTube video
This is easily resolved. We can include any photos you wish to use and we also have thousands of high quality royalty free video clips and imagines. We don’t even need to visit you to produce videos so you can be located anywhere
Do I need additional web hosting and a domain name?
Yes, we can advise you on where to get the best web hosting and website domains and arrange any current discounts we have access to
Can I integrate my bank account for selling items?
Yes, if we can we will help arrange payment systems with your website and chatbots for selling. Due to the vast number of banks used worldwide, sometimes its neccessary to set up an account with either PayPal or Stripe. Both are highly regarded as worldclass when taking payments online and used by many reputable companies
Why do you offer coaching?
Sometimes the best solutions come from a co-operative approach. As a client of ours we can assist you in getting the best from your website, chatbot and advertising etc. An extra opinion and sanity check can reveal unexpected solutions. We like to give our customers more because we care and learning isn’t always a one-way road. It can be mutually beneficial.
